Additional Confirmations
I confirm I have all the following experience: Peds PACU or Cath/EP Lab Experience required. Pediatric/congenital heart Experience required. Moderate Sedation Experience required. Radiation Safety (RHB) knowledge and working with the use of Fluoroscopy.COVID Vaccine
1 booster required. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Flu Vaccine (Current Season)
