  • State License

    Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
  • Certifications

    • BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
    • ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
  • Specialty Experience

    1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 5 years.
  • Travel Experience

    6 weeks of travel experience within the last 10 years.
  • EMR

    EPIC
  • Skills Assessment

    ENO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
  • References

    1 Charge RN reference within the last 182 days. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
  • Additional Confirmations

    • I have never worked as a permanent employee of University of Vermont Health Network
    • I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
  • COVID Vaccine

    Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
  • Flu Vaccine (Current Season)

    Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
  • Travel Contract

    Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible but will not receive a travel stipend.
  • Requested Time Off

    Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
