- I confirm I have all the following experience: Must be RN Case manager with at least 2 years Acute Care Management experience in discharge planning experience. Experience must include at least 6 months at a level 1 or large academic Medical Center hospital working with a variety of inpatient units for medical discharge.
Flu Vaccine (Current Season)
Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract
Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible but will not receive a travel stipend.
