CVMC’s Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is a not-for-profit facility beautifully set within the Green Mountain town of Berlin, Vermont. Our organization dates back to the 1970s, when we began providing long-term care to residents of the former Heaton House in Montpelier and McFarland House in Barre. Today our facility provides both long-term and short-term care to individuals needing nursing and rehabilitation services. Whether our residents are here for short-term or long-term care, our primary goal is always to help them return to as much independence as possible.
