About Northeast Montana Health Services
At Wolf Point we provide sufficient healthcare services with a view to prevent community members from having to travel long distances for healthcare. Additionally, we provide education and resources for community members affected by alcohol and substance abuse while increasing awareness and education of services related to chronic disease.
