Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center is a nonprofit hospital and health care provider that is committed to improving the health and well-being of our community and the people we serve. Our Hospital includes acute and Swing units providing medical and surgical care for patients of all ages. Our Emergency Department is open 24-hours, every day of the year. Mt. Ascutney Hospital also is well known for its highly regarded Swing, therapeutic pool, and Physical Therapy department. The Hospital also hosts a Healing Arts Clinic with complementary and alternative medicine practitioners. Mt. Ascutney Health Center provides comprehensive primary and specialty services at our main campus in Windsor, Vermont, and at the Ottauquechee Health Center in Woodstock, Vermont. Services include dermatology, gastroenterology, general surgery, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics, rehabilitation, and many others. Our team is comprised of experienced and dedicated health care providers and many other caregivers and support staff who are committed to delivering the very best care to the people we serve. Our mission extends into the region through community-based programs that provide medical, social, and mental health services, often for those who are uninsured and underinsured. We also are a part of the New England Alliance for Health, a group of community hospitals, behavioral health centers, and home healthcare agencies that work together to improve the quality of health care in New Hampshire, Vermont, and western Massachusetts.
