Methodist Health System opened its latest expansion in North Texas located in Richardson at the southeast corner of Renner Road and President George Bush Highway. The new 125-bed, four-story Methodist Richardson Medical Center offers enhanced health care services to residents in Richardson, Garland, Murphy, Plano, Sachse, Wylie, and surrounding areas. Methodist Richardson Medical Center has achieved Magnet recognition. Methodist Richardson Medical Center was the first health care facility to receive the Texas Award for Performance Excellence, patterned after the renowned Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
