Mile Bluff - Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility. It is licensed for both Medicare and Medicaid. Crest View features private rooms, L-shaped double rooms, and private rooms with a shared bathroom. Crest View is owned and operated by Mile Bluff Medical Center. The 45,000 square-foot facility provides comfortable living arrangements for those with advanced age, and also houses a separate, specially-designed wing where Alzheimer's and dementia patients are cared for. This is a closed, self-contained unit that provides skilled nursing care and 24-hour supervision. Crest View is also home to Crest View Great Lakes CBRF, an assisted living facility.
