Our 51,000-square-foot facility was built in 2012. Bond-funded and 100% union-built, our three-story community hospital has 16 beds and 9,000-square-feet of covered parking. As a critical access facility, offering a broad range of health services for the people of Coquille, Myrtle Point, Powers, Bridge and Fairview, our state-of-the-art hospital benefits many who visit and live in the Coquille River Valley. Patients who come to us with health-related issues but don’t require an overnight stay are considered outpatient. Coquille Valley Hospital provides a variety of outpatient services for your convenience. Coquille Valley Hospital provides emergency and elective surgical care, performed by resident and visiting surgeons. Skilled and experienced, our providers offer a variety of acute and critical surgical procedures. Patients are typically referred by a primary care provider or specialist for consultation at our clinic. In addition to surgery, we also offer colonoscopy and upper endoscopy examinations at our surgical center. We consider our role as rural surgeons a privilege, caring for our patients as we would our own family, friends and neighbors.
