Our Emergency Department cares for adult and pediatric patients in Missoula & Ravalli counties and is a regional referral center for hospitals across western Montana that need specialized expertise. Our ER team is staffed 24/7 with emergency physicians, nurses and staff who are trained in providing emergency care. A helipad is available for patients with the most serious medical conditions who need air transport directly to or from Community Medical Center. Community Medical Center is western Montana's only accredited Chest Pain Center and the emergency department is designated as a pediatric prepared facility.
