“You go above and beyond. Now, it’s our turn to celebrate you.”

At Nomad Health, we talk a lot about "clinical excellence," but what does that actually look like in the unit? It looks like a clinician who doesn’t just complete their assignment but leaves the facility better than they found it.

Today, we are thrilled to introduce our Winter 2026 Nomad MVP Class.

The Nomad MVP designation isn't a participation trophy. It is a merit-based honor reserved for the top tier of our community, the clinicians who maintain "Exceeds Expectations" evaluations, master complex specialty exams, demonstrate consistent high quality patient care, clinical skills, professionalism, critical thinking, teamwork and earn the highest praise from facility managers.

Join us in celebrating this quarter’s standout travelers.

Meet Drew Scally R.N., Med Surg

What does it mean to be a Nomad MVP to you?
Push as hard as you can to get the job done. Give of yourself sacrificially. Be a team player always. Validate those around you in their role as care providers. If you take this attitude with you when you travel, you're gonna find you'll be successful in any and every environment.

Why Quality Wins: The Numbers Behind the Nomad MVP Program

At Nomad, we believe that high-quality care should be rewarded with high-quality opportunities. When we looked at our internal data for the past year, the results were clear: Excellence is the ultimate competitive advantage.

Standing Out in the Stack

Our internal data shows that 97% of MVP clinicians recieve same or next day offers.* To give you an edge, we include your Nomad MVP status on your clinician coversheet for all future applications and follow up promptly with the client to highlight your recent submission, boosting your chances of receiving an offer. Because facilities recognize the rigor of the MVP criteria, these clinicians often move to the top of the pile. In a competitive market, your MVP status is your "Fast Pass" to your dream assignment. *Pulled from Internal Nomad data from November - December 2025 and January 2026.
