Job description Asante Health System is seeking a general Urologist to join our new Urology team in Medford, Oregon. This practice will provide services to our patients at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford and Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. Candidates must be board certified/board eligible in Urology. If you love the outdoors, you will love living in Southern Oregon!

Highlights of the Opportunity Include:
- Base salary guarantee of $450,000
- Annual performance incentives up to 16% of base salary
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- $7,000 annual CME allowance

- 30 days of paid time off per year

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Urology residency program.
