Job description The Online Care Group PC, in partnership with American Well, seeks a Medical Director of Telepsychiatry to oversee our Telepsychiatry service line. This is a part time position (5-10 hours per week) and requires residence in the Boston area. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a national group of psychiatrists and providing ongoing clinical oversight for psychiatric services delivered via telemedicine into patient’s homes, clinics, potentially hospitals in the future.

Essential Job Functions:
 Provide clinical leadership for the Telepsychiatry program
 Expand a national Telepsychiatry physician group
 Develop clinical protocols
 Manage ongoing quality assurance
 Provide direct patient care on American Well’s platform
 Meet with prospects and clients and provide guidance on business development

Candidate Requirements State license requirements Massachusetts Interview requirement Phone interview Other requirements  Licensed and Board Certified in Psychiatry
 Experience providing care via telemedicine
 Experience overseeing psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners
 Interest in providing outpatient psychiatry services to a diverse mix of patients and to people who have who have serious and persistent mental illness
 Ability to work successfully in a multidisciplinary environment
 Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving)
 Proven ability to collaborate effectively and manage complex projects
 Outstanding flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability
