Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a dynamic 140-bed community hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts is currently seeking board-certified Staff Psychiatrists to help provide call coverage for our 20-bed adult inpatient unit. Coverage will consist of nightly telephone call Monday through Friday, and weekend on-site rounding. The call is scheduled in week-long stretches. Competitive compensation will be offered.

Position Description:

This position would provide 4 to 8 call weeks per year. They would also be responsible for covering one of the six major holidays as well. Coverage schedule is Friday @ 5 pm to the following Friday @ 8 am Weekdays include phone coverage only (could work remote) Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) require on-site call coverage as needed.
