Rates
• Hourly (regular) = $230/hr
• Call Back = $290/hr
• 24-hr Call = $1713/day
• Holiday Rate = 1.5x
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified through the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
• Maxillofacial - Preferred
• Fellowship - Preferred
• Active PA License - Required
• Active PA DEA
• Successful completion of a General Surgery Residency - 2 years - accredited by the ACGME or AOA
• Successful completion of a Otolaryngology Residency - 3 years - accredited by the ACGME or AOA
• Experienced in major and minor ENT surgeries to include basic knowledge of all ENT procedures including tonsil, adenoid and sinus surgery. Ear surgery, head and neck surgery and trauma.
