Great Compensation for General Ortho in Texas

Job description Looking for upper extremity physician with general capabilities to join a highly productive lower extremity physician who also covers general ortho.

Employed group practice. 2 MDs, 2 NPs. Surgery and Clinic. Hospitalist coverage to handle IP admissions. In office x-ray. Physical therapy. Moving to service line structure with dyad partner. 10 days of call required per month. Level 3 lead trauma center. Avg number of ED phone calls per month = 6/30d. Avg number ED on site required per month – 1/30d.

Up to $30,000 in quality and performance/operations incentives!
Up to $40,000 in ortho service line initiatives!
Benefits Inquire within Up to $20,000. Total comp to be in the 60 - 75th percentile based on experience. Candidate Requirements A state license is required Candidates must be board certified/eligible. Phone interview Hispanic speaking a plus but not required. Texas License required – but willing to wait for the right candidate to be licensed.
Clinicial Workload - Inpatient 2-4 1/day Upper extremity expertise: shoulders, elbows, hands In office, ambulatory and IP surgery. Level 3 lead trauma center. 15 call days per month required. Epic
Clinicial Workload - Outpatient 30+/day Injections, manipulations
