Franciscan Physician Network – Franciscan Health Crawfordsville is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. This is an opportunity to practice general orthopedic procedures as well as to develop niche practices in some of the following areas that the surgeon wishes to focus his/her practice on: total joint replacement, sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand surgery, and foot and ankle surgery.



Ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and operative skills, as well as prioritize patient satisfaction. Candidate will display good interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.



• Call and office space shared equally with one established board-certified orthopedic surgeon

• Office is less than one block to Hospital, fully staffed, has X-ray, Casting and Procedure Rooms

• Well-trained OR staff

• Reliable instrumentation and equipment

• Hospital is in the process of a major infrastructure investment

• Brand new Emergency Department

• Plans to renovate and expand Surgery Department

• High-technology Radiology Department with brand new MRI

• An Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program is implemented for the Total Joint service line

• Acute Pain Service/Regional Nerve Blocks available for orthopedic procedures
