BC Interventional/Diagnostic Radiologist Needed for Coverage in Sikeston, MO

Job description Missouri Delta Medical Center is seeking a BC Interventional/Diagnostic Radiologist for coverage starting on January 27, 2020.

Assignment Overview:
• 01/27/20 to 01/31/20
• 02/24/20 to 02/28/20
• 8am-5pm
• No weekend coverage
• No call coverage

Additional Details:
• Cases per day: 135 – 140 cases per day – HIGH volume of CT and MRI reads. Mamo cases are on average of 4,000 per year. Will include MSK MRI and PET scans.
• Credentialing time- 10 - 14 days with a completed file to grant privileges
• General Diagnostic Cases include:
- Mammo-3D TOMO-5%
- Plain Film-75%, CT-5%, MRI-5%, Ultrasound-6%, & Nuclear-4%
• IR Cases Include:
- PARACENTISIS
- THORACENTISIS
- CT BX
- U/S BX
- DRAINAGES
- MAMMO – NEEDLE LOCS
- STERIOTACTIC BREAST BX
- U/S BREAST BX
- THYROID BX
- ARTHRGRAMS wrist, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow
- MYELOGRAMS
- NEPHROSTOMY TUBE AND DRAINAGES
- HISTEROSALPINOGRAMS
- GI EXAMS
- GI PROCEDURES
- Lumbar punctures
- PICC lines
- Cystogram

Rates:
• Hourly: $2,150/day
• Holiday Rates: 1.5x

Candidate Requirements:
• Must be Board Certified
• DEA preferred but not required
• 1 - 2 years’ experience due to high volume of daily reads.
