Candidate Requirements Wyoming Candidates must be board certified/eligible. Phone interview You'll need a Wyoming state license which takes about 4 months. * The selected candidate will need to obtain a Wyoming state license upon hire. * The medical director portion of this position is paid separately from the base salary for hematology/oncology.
Clinical Workload — Outpatient 15-18
