Benefits $423 - $450,000 Sign-on bonus available Available upon completion of 1 year of full-time service 401(a) retirement account will be established on the employee's behalf. The facility will contribute 3% of the employee’s gross annual pay, not to exceed IRS guidelines. Vesting Schedule applies. In addition to the 401a contribution, employees participating in the 403(b) Voluntary Pre-Tax Retirement Plan will be eligible for a 2% match after meeting eligibility requirements.
