Outstanding Medical Director needed in Gary, Indiana

Since 2013, Oak Street Health has grown to provide its attentive care to tens of thousands of people in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan through over 20 locations. Oak Street will soon open locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We are recruiting a Medical Director to join our growing team of leaders in Gary, IN.

Have 3-5 years of clinical experience as an MD, DO, or APN with a clinical focus in family medicine, internal medicine, and/or geriatrics or similar fields and an active medical license.
Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required for physicians.
Candidates with prior management experience or training will be preferred.
