Outstanding Medical Director needed in Gary, Indiana

Oak Street will soon open locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We are recruiting a Medical Director to join our growing team of leaders in Gary, IN.

Have 3-5 years of clinical experience as an MD, DO, or APN with a clinical focus in family medicine, internal medicine, and/or geriatrics or similar fields and an active medical license.
Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required for physicians.
Candidates with prior management experience or training will be preferred.
