Talented Medical Director needed in the Greater Chicagoland Area

Oak Street will soon open locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We are recruiting Medical Directors in all of these geographies to join our growing team of leaders.

Have 3-5 years of clinical experience as an MD, DO, or APN with a clinical focus in family medicine, internal medicine, and/or geriatrics or similar fields and an active medical license.
Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required for physicians.
Candidates with prior management experience or training will be preferred.
