Looking for a great place to practice medicine? Want to be part of an award winning innovative team? Make a huge impact on an underserved community? Then join us and make a difference at Long Valley Health Center, not your usual health center!
Our company culture is one of collaboration and innovation. We were the first health center in the state of CA to be awarded the Behavioral Health Integration Award, are a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and have won the HRSA Silver Quality award multiple times. We emphasize a comprehensive and integrated patient centered approach to health and wellness. Our practice includes Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Dentists, Acupuncturist, Chiropractor, and a robust Behavioral Health Team. Our support staff is experienced, friendly, highly motivated, and are dedicated to providing high quality comprehensive health care to our rural community.
Our providers see around 16-21 patients a day, giving them a chance to really connect with patients. One of our core beliefs is that if you have a great place to work, you are going to practice great medicine.
We offer a competitive salary plus an excellent benefits package which includes CME, license renewal, generous PTO (vacation, sick leave, holidays), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), long and short term disability insurance, malpractice coverage, life insurance, Cal Star Life Flight Ambulance Membership, 403b plan with employer matching, retirement plan, onsite EHR support, UpToDate subscription, and DragonSpeak.
This outstanding practice opportunity is located in beautiful Laytonville, CA a short drive inland from the Mendocino Coast and from the Anderson Valley wine region. San Francisco is a 2 ½ hour drive, and is an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts and foodies alike. This area maintains a mild climate with summer daytime temperatures ranging from 75 to 90 degrees. Uniquely, this is an area where housing is still affordable; a wide variety of homes are offered, with acreage parcels available.
