• Credentialing time length: approximately 3 months–Can be quicker if there are no red flags
• What is the length of placement: Unknown – we are actively recruiting for a permanent doc for the department

Qualifications:
• Board certified? BC Required
• Other certifications needed? BLS
• Model/Support team: There will be no supervision of CRNAs

• How many patients per day/shift? Depends on the room the locum is in
• Do they need to be able to do Labor Epidurals? YES
• Skills that are required and skills that are preferred? Are there any modalities that are required? A preferred skill would be blocks for pain.
• What types of cases/surgical specialties? Bread and butter. No neuro or heart
• Acuity of cases – ASA codes our provider needs to be comfortable with (ASA III, IV, etc.?)May have to do up to level IV but will always receive the easiest cases–Not sure I would say this, as these will be MD/DOs not CRNAS
• Required to cover OB?YES
• Requirements and equipment related to regional and ortho? Blocks for pain
