The company operates a service where patients are able to use a smartphone app with clinicians about minor medical ailments and can receive treatment. It is similar to traditional telemedicine, but instead of having a face-to-face video between patient and clinician, the service is based off of text-chatting/video/voice. Patients can interact from their phone or their computer, at location of their choice (work, home, or wherever they may be). As in traditional medicine, a clinician asks questions to gather all the relevant information. They may ask for more detail or probe into a symptom that the patient mentioned.
